What Happened

Bessemer Venture Partners and Creandum are preparing to lead a $150 million Series B round for a stealth AI infrastructure startup, valuing the company at $600 million post-money, according to three people familiar with the deal. The startup, headquartered in London with R&D hubs in Berlin and Paris, is building a full-stack AI compute platform that combines custom silicon, optimized software stacks, and sovereign data centers to serve European enterprises.

The round includes participation from existing seed investors such as LocalGlobe and Atlantic Bridge, and will close by end of Q1 2026. Funds will be used to tape out a second-generation AI accelerator, expand a network of edge nodes across the EU, and hire 200 engineers focused on low-latency inference workloads.
