The Camon 30 Solar integrates a thin photovoltaic strip on the rear that can deliver up to 20 % of a daily charge under direct sunlight. The Spark 20 PowerBank combines a 10 000 mAh cell with reverse‑charging capability for accessories. The Pocket Go foldable sports a 7.8‑inch AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and retails at $449. Finally the AI Home Hub offers voice control in Swahili and Hausa, manages smart lights, locks and appliances and ships with a built‑in Zigbee gateway.

TECNO’s booth drew a crowd of African tech journalists and telecom executives. Pre‑order data shared by the company showed 150 000 units reserved across Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa within the first week. CEO Shi Tianyu announced a $200 million investment to expand the Nairobi R&D centre, aiming to hire 500 local engineers by 2028. The company also signed 5G bundling deals with MTN Nigeria and Airtel Kenya to offer discounted data packs with the new phones.
